Pending transfer

Announces a pending transfer that has not yet occurred. The PV1 segment carries the intended destination. Environmental services and transport teams use this to prepare the receiving unit.

Beyond the mandatory MSH header, the required segments are: EVN, PID, PV1, PRT, OBX. Optional segments provide additional detail when available.
